Rhetorical Act Chapter 13

This chapter of the Rhetorical Act talks about the effect social media and messaging has had on our culture. Since people have the ability to talk to each other even when they are not together and not speaking (texting/messaging), it has almost defaced the value of in person communication. It has an effect on almost everyone because many people are involved in social media today. At the same time, it also introduces a new platform of talking that could lead us to new ways of communication we don't have yet, but we are on the road to get there.
